Accident Reconstruction
Major Injury Collisions
In cases where a motor vehicle collision results in a serious injury or
fatality, an accident
reconstruction that examines the circumstances surrounding the incident
is often necessary. The
relevant material reviewed as part of the reconstruction includes
photographs, witness
statements, and data collected by police at the scene of the accident.
Whenever possible, our
engineers also examine the vehicle or vehicles involved in the incident
and conduct a detailed
site examination. All of this material is used to determine the
sequence of events that led to the
incident in question.
The results of an accident reconstruction often represent a valuable resource that can be used by all affected parties in determining the appropriate course of action for resolving a claim.
